Can you beat the big timers that had a head start on you. can you over take your dad and elder brother and try to reach even greater heights and become the best oil Tycoon out there?
A simple point and click build stuff and watch your money for up and up so you can buy more stuff. but be careful random fires and explosions can cripple your game if you don't leave extra money aside for a rainy day.
Made this in a week for the games plus jam 2021 the theme was "You're The Best"

Controls
WASD move the map as well as the mouse pointer when you go to the edges of the screen
Scroll wheel zooms in and out.
Hold down Alt to make it so you sell all
Hold down Shift to Sell 1,000 units
both those work for buying crude as well
esq opens menu well in game

even with shift and selling 1000 units at once are super slow and unplable after biger numbers
holding down left alt will let you sell all your storage in one click
I read the description and there is actually something mentioned about it, which does not ignore the fact that this information should be in the game and best in the tutorial, If I don't know something, it's the game's fault, not mine
product prices are inconsistent, I don't know what the prices were in previous rounds, there is no graph or chart comparing the price from recent days, which is the biggest flaw in a trading game, it's like making a shooting game without guns.
I am not going to deny, it was just a game jam game so never put enough time into to it to make a it a full fledged game not that it changes the fact that it is missing what you are saying. thanks for your feedback.
This is excellent! I enjoyed hoarding resources while prices were low so I could sell them when they went up >:D

I thought it was pretty tough actually! Unless you begin with a good strategy you start at the bottom and have to work really hard to move up.
